Fiorinal 3 is a great pain reliever for migrains....probobly the best, but it is very addictive. If you get to where you take alot, it is very sedating and will alter your personality like you are drunk. It is wonderful in moderation if you only take it when you absolutely have to for pain, but the longer and more often you take it......the greater the amount you have to take to relieve the pain. Before you know it, it takes 3 to give you the same relief that 1 used to take care of. Take with great caution and care. I started years ago taking 1 or 2 a day and it was a miracle drug. It stopped my pain like nothing had ever even come close to. The disapointing thing was when I had to take more and more to get relief. Try to switch back and forth with plain Fiorinal that doesn't have codien. (or something else that works for you)
