I have been taking generic buproprion hcl sr for a long time ( over a year) and spent the extra money on
wellbutrin sr to see what would happen. With my experience, the anti-depressant properties of buproprion hcl sr just arn't there. It seems as if I haven't been taking anything all this time. I believe I'm going to at least half my dose to get comparable results to how I was before. I can't help but wonder when the rest of the world is going to figure out that generic is not the same as brand for all medication and as just another way for drug companies to profit as if they don't profit enough already. I wondered if I was the only one that had this problem, now I see that I'm not.
