Thank you pdxRX! My downfall is wanting to get it perfect the first time, but in a situation like this, I realize it isn't easy. You are very intuitive...I couldn't properly express just how great my anxiety is, after over 20 years of taking this medication! Thank you for your great advice. I will stay in touch and post often. I read the posts on this website several weeks before I had the courage to join and then post.
