Oxycontin for about 14 months several years ago and when I went off I was at 160 mg TID, with Roxicodone, 30 mg PRN for BT.
I have taken a lot of Purdue pharma Oxy products and never had a hint of problems from the pharmacy I fill at for all my scripts. The Oxys were definitely the real thing and if I were in your situation, the first thing I would do is tell the doctor (which you have) and then have the next script filled a different pharmacy. If you have a contract and need to tell him, so be it. You can't continue to get bogus meds that don't take care of your pain.
