OR
Animal studies have shown an adverse effect, but adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus in any trimester.
The best source of information is the pharmacology info. sheet that comes in all the pharmacy bottles, ask any pharmacist, I'm sure he will be happy to give it to you, it is a wealth of information.
