Anyway, as everyone else has already said, they are in the same drug class, which means, under the FDA requirements of bioavailabilty, they work the same way on the same stuff. Some of them, you just need a higher dose to reach the same effect that you would on a lower dose of the others.

Thus, some doctors who prescribe them prefer one over the other, as they can prescribe less and at a lower dosage.
