I am feeling the same way and I have been off for little more than a week. I think those head rushes are actually different than the "zaps" that other people have. I have that had that same feeling of my heart skipping or an extra hard beat and kind of a weird loss of balance. You explained it perfectly. That hasn't happened today for me though. Now I just feel like my head is slightly pressurized and warm. My heart seems like its under control but I think my blood pressure is high. 150/95
