I took it at night. My doctor told me to take it before bedtime because it would probably make me sleepy. I had to take it earlier than bedtime because I was too groggy in the morning if I took it right before bedtime. It made me sleep deep and hard. Best sleep I had had in years. One reason I've decided to get off it is now it is making me sleepy all the time. I could sleep 24 hours if I let myself.
