Interactions between vermox(mebendazole) and Dilantin infatabs (phenytoin)

Minor Drug-Drug Interaction phenytoin and mebendazole (Minor Drug-Drug)

Phenytoin may decrease the plasma mebendazole levels. The mechanism is unknown, but induction of hepatic metabolism has been proposed. Since plasma mebendazole levels vary greatly among patients receiving this drug, the clinical significance of the interaction is not well established.
