Interactions between tev-tropin(somatropin) and Ambrisentan (ambrisentan)

somatropin and ambrisentan (Moderate Drug-Drug)

MONITOR: Based on in vitro data, coadministration with inducers of CYP450 3A4, CYP450 2C19, P-glycoprotein, and/or various uridine 5'-diphosphate glucuronosyltransferases (UGT 1A9S, 2B7S, and 1A3S) may decrease the plasma concentrations of ambrisentan, which has been shown to be a substrate of these isoenzymes and transporters.

MANAGEMENT: Patients receiving ambrisentan in combination with inducers of CYP450 3A4, CYP450 2C19, P-glycoprotein, and/or UGT 1A9S, 2B7S or 1A3S should be monitored for potentially diminished pharmacologic effects of ambrisentan.
