cimetidine and carmustine (Major Drug-Drug)

GENERALLY AVOID: Cimetidine may enhance the myelosuppressive effects of carmustine. The mechanism of this interaction is not known.

MANAGEMENT: The concurrent use of these two drugs should be avoided.
