Interactions between questran(cholestyramine) and Aquamephyton (phytonadione)

cholestyramine and phytonadione (Moderate Drug-Drug)

ADJUST DOSING INTERVAL: Cholestyramine may impair the absorption of oral vitamin K.

MANAGEMENT: If oral vitamin K is given concurrently, it should be taken at least 1 hour before or 4 to 6 hours after cholestyramine.
