Interactions between nicorette(nicotine) and Pergolide (pergolide)

nicotine and pergolide (Moderate Drug-Drug)

MONITOR: Nicotine may lead to a greater ischemic response during ergot therapy due to vasoconstriction.

MANAGEMENT: The clinician should exercise caution if these two drugs are coadministered.
