Major Drug-Drug Interaction mephobarbital and sodium oxybate (Major Drug-Drug)

CONTRAINDICATED: The central nervous system (CNS)- and respiratory-depressant effects of sodium oxybate and sedative-hypnotic agents may potentiate each other.

MANAGEMENT: The concomitant use of sedative-hypnotics and sodium oxybate is considered contraindicated.
