Coadministration of ritonavir (600 mg every 12 hours) and didanosine (200 mg every 12 hours) has produced a 13% decrease in the area under the plasma concentration-time curve of didanosine. The plasma level of ritonavir was not affected. This interaction is likely to be of minimal clinical significance and dosage adjustments for didanosine are probably not necessary.
