Interactions between keflex(cephalexin) and Benemid (probenecid)

Probenecid may inhibit the renal clearance of some cephalosporins. Serum cephalosporin levels and risk of toxicity may be increased. However, the combination has been used therapeutically. Special precautions usually are not necessary.
