Interactions between arimidex(anastrozole) and Quadramet (samarium sm 153 lexidronam)

anastrozole and samarium sm 153 lexidronam (Major Drug-Drug)

GENERALLY AVOID: Chemotherapeutic drugs may cause additive toxicity when administered with samarium.

MANAGEMENT: The manufacturer of samarium recommends against coadministration of these drugs unless benefit outweighs risk. Samarium should not be given after antineoplastics until there has been time for adequate bone marrow recovery.
