CONTRAINDICATED: Intrathecal administration of corticosteroids with iodinated contrast media may be associated with a high incidence of radiographic arachnoiditis. Meningitis and seizures may also occur.

MANAGEMENT: Intrathecal administration of corticosteroids with iodinated contrast media is considered contraindicated.
