Contains:

Active Ingredients: benzoic acid, 6%, and salicylic acid, 3%.

Ingredients: polyethylene glycol-8, polyethylene glycol-75, and extract of oak bark, 3%.

Indications and Usage

PrograniQ™ Ointment is indicated for external treatment of inflammation and irritation associated with many common forms of dermatitis, including certain eczematoid skin conditions. These conditions include complications associated with pyodermas. It is also indicated for the treatment of insect bites, burns, and fungal infections.

Contraindications

PrograniQ™ Ointment is contraindicated in individuals who have shown hypersensitivity to any of its components.

Warnings

PrograniQ™ Ointment is for topical use only and not for ophthalmic use.

Precautions

General:   PrograniQ™ Ointment is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Information for Patients:

1. If irritation develops or symptoms persist after 10 days, discontinue use and consult your physician.
2. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
3. Do not use on children under 2 years of age without consulting a physician.
4. Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Wash the area to be treated, pat dry, and apply PrograniQ™ Ointment twice daily. Keep the area dry. To protect clothing, the area may be bandaged.
