Usual Adult Dose for Hereditary Angioedema
Symptomatic treatment of acute attacks of hereditary angioedema:
Initial dose: 30 mg subcutaneously once only
A further 30 mg subcutaneous dose can be given after 6 hours if the response to initial dose is insufficient. A final 30 mg subcutaneous dose can be given if required after another 6 hours. No more than three doses should be administered in 24 hours.
