Usual Adult Dose for Cough and Nasal Congestion

Guaifenesin 100 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 5 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 100 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 7.5 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 100 mg-hydrocodone 4 mg-phenylephrine 10 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 120 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 6 mg/5 mL oral syrup or guaifenesin 200 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 7.5 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 4 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 150 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 6 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 225 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 10 mg/5 mL oral elixir:
10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.

Guaifenesin 100 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 5 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
2 to 6 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
7 to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
12 years or older:10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 100 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 7.5 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
2 to 3 years: 0.075 mg/kg of hydrocodone orally 4 times daily.
4 to 6 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
7 to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
12 years or older: 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 100 mg-hydrocodone 4 mg-phenylephrine 10 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
2 to 5 years: 1.25 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
6 to 11 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
12 years or older: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 120 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 6 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
6 to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 4 doses daily.
12 years or older: 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 4 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 150 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 6 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
2 to 3 years: 0.075 mg/kg of hydrocodone orally 4 times daily.
4 to 6 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
7 to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
12 years or older: 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.

Guaifenesin 200 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 7.5 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
2 to 6 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 10 mL daily.
7 to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 20 mL daily.
12 years or older: 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 40 mL daily.

Guaifenesin 225 mg-hydrocodone 2.5 mg-phenylephrine 10 mg/5 mL oral elixir:
6 to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
12 years or older:: 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
