Pronunciation: trik′i-le-mō′mă
Definition: A benign tumor derived from outer root sheath epithelium of a hair follicle, consisting of cells with pale-staining cytoplasm containing glycogen; multiple trichilemmomas are present on the face in Cowden disease.
Synonym(s): tricholemmoma
