Pronunciation: tā′bŭn
Definition: An extremely potent cholinesterase inhibitor nerve gas; the lethal dose for humans is believed to be as low as 0.01 mg/kg; median lethal dosage (respiratory) is about 40 mg/minute/m3 for resting persons.
