Definition: a peritoneal fold (portion of the greater omentum) that extends from the anterior aspect of the left kidney to the splenic hilum, conducting the splenic vessels from the posterior body wall to the spleen.
Synonym(s): ligamentum splenorenaleTA, lienorenal ligament, ligamentum lienorenale
