P-dextrocardiale
Pronunciation: deks′trō-kar′dē-ā′lēAn electrocardiographic syndrome characteristic of overloading of the right atrium, often called P-pulmonale (erroneously, because the syndrome can result from any overloading of the right atrium [tricuspid stenosis] and independently of cor pulmonale).
