Pronunciation: ō′vĕr-sens′ing
Definition: Sensing of electrical or magnetic signals, which normally should not be sensed by a pacemaker, but result in inappropriate inhibition of the pacemaker's output.
Examples: glitazone, GI cocktail, etc.
