Pronunciation: on′kō-sī-tō′sis
Definition: a spectrum of changes in the kidneys harboring oncocytomas. It includes multifocal oncocytic transformation of renal tubules, which may undergo cystic transformation, and infiltration of neoplastic oncocytes among tubules.
