obturator branch of pubic branch of inferior epigastric artery
Definition: branch of the pubic branch of inferior epigastric artery that descends over the pelvic brim to anastomose with the pubic branch of the obturator artery; in 20–30% of people, this branch is larger than or replaces the obturator artery.
