Definition: an enzyme that catalyzes the reversible reaction of lysolecithin and another phospholipid (phosphatidylethanolamine) to form lecithin and lysophosphatidylethanolamine; the process provides a major route in the restructuring of lecithin.
Examples: glitazone, GI cocktail, etc.
