Definition: an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by elevated levels of dibasic amino acids (l-lysine, l-arginine, and l-ornithine) in the urine; apparently due to a defect in dibasic amino acid transport.
Examples: glitazone, GI cocktail, etc.
