Definition: origin, left aortic sinus; distribution, it divides into two major branches, an anterior interventricular that descends in the anterior interventricular sulcus, and a circumflex branch that passes to the diaphragmatic surface of the left ventricle; gives atrial, ventricular, and atrioventricular branches.
