Pronunciation: kē-kū′chē
Definition: necrotizing lymphadenitis of unknown etiology characterized by lymph node enlargement, associated with fever that subsides spontaneously. Most often seen in young women in Japan but appears in other countries.
Examples: glitazone, GI cocktail, etc.
