Eubacteriales

Pronunciation: yū′bak-tē′rē-ā′lēz
An obsolete name for an order of bacteria that contained simple, undifferentiated, rigid cells that were either spheres or straight rods. It contained motile (peritrichous) and nonmotile, gram-negative and gram-positive, and spore-forming and non-spore-forming species.
