Definition: a ganglioneuroma in which the gross configuration resembles a dumbbell, two spheroidal masses connected by a narrow portion, usually the result of the neoplasm being somewhat molded by a resistant structure such as two ribs.
Examples: glitazone, GI cocktail, etc.
