Pronunciation: dē-oks′ē-gwahn′ō-sēn
Definition: 2′-Deoxyribosylguanine, one of the four major nucleosides of DNA (the others being deoxyadenosine, deoxycytidine, and thymidine). Found to accumulate in individuals with purine nucleoside phosphorylase deficiency.
