Definition: a virus of the genus Coltivirus, from the family Reoviridae, found in the Rocky Mountain region of the U.S. and transmitted by the tick, Dermacentor andersoni; it causes Colorado tick fever.
Examples: glitazone, GI cocktail, etc.
