Coffin-Siris syndrome

Definition: characterized by mental retardation, bulbous nose, flat nasal bridge, moderate hirsutism, and digital anomalies with absence or hypoplasia of the nail and terminal phalanx of the fifth finger and/or the fifth toe; probably autosomal dominant inheritance.
