The 22nd Annual Renfrew Center Foundation Conference for Professionals Feminist Relational Perspectives and Beyond: Exploring Controversy, Building Collaboration As the field of eating disorders has evolved in recent years, the extent of available information and knowledge has expanded exponentially. Along with this explosion of data, significant theoretical and clinical controversies have emerged; consequently, both clinicians and researchers have grown increasingly entrenched in a number of polarized perspectives regarding the most valid way to understand and treat eating and food related problems. The 22nd Renfrew Center Foundation Conference is dedicated to an examination of the most prominent current issues and controversies, and to a search for respectful, collaborative solutions.
