warfarin for Prosthetic Heart Valves -- Mechanical Valves: It is very beneficial medicine for valve replacement patients. While taking this medicine outcome must be monitored carefully otherwise it may cause some harmful side effects but it helps to give a good quality of life

warfarin for Pulmonary Embolism -- First Event: My mom was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism. She was two weeks into warfarin and heparin treatment when she started having diarrhea, very severely. Second diagnosis, ulcerative colitis.
