This medicine works fast and it is the best I have had so far for acute cluster headache. Highly recommended.

I just use the Sumavel, it stings in application area for 2-5 minutes, but my headache was gone in about 5 minutes. I felt little dizzy after wards. Highly recommended and well worth it.
