"It does help me getting back my life. I used to get paralysed because of low level of potassium in my blood. The doctor then told me to consume coconut water for a week and spironolactone 100mg per day. Now I can say I'm pretty well. My high blood pressure is under control too. I think it's great. The doctor told me not to get pregnant as he wasn't sure about the side effect to pregnancy. To me, it's OK."

"I'm a female and I've been taking Spironolactone for four years now for my low potassium condition, originally prescribed 50 mg for the first three years and then bumped up to 100 mg. Recently, my doctor increased my dosage to 150 mg daily. Since taking it, I've noticed slight headaches and occasional stomach issues. I've also experienced hair growth, but the most noticeable change is in my breasts. Prior to taking this medication, my breasts were already big, but since I started taking Spironolactone they've become even bigger and firmer. This change is evident in my mammograms, where my breast tissue denseness is visible. I love the increase in size, but I have had to endure soreness, aches, and pains to achieve this outcome. I still experience occasional discomfort, but I'm happy with the new look of my larger breasts. Additionally, I appreciate that this medication helps stabilize my potassium levels and I'm looking forward to potentially seeing more breast growth with the increased dosage."
