phentermine for Obesity: I am 23 years old, 5'8''. I started Phentermine Sept. 25th at 255 pounds. I have been working out way before I started the pill and had lost about 20 pounds but then hit a plateau for about a month. I still workout everyday and replace breakfast and dinner with natural fruit shakes, any fruit I like just add water, protein, for lunch I have a salad with any meat cooked with no oils. I drink plenty of water and workout for about 1 1/2hrs 6 days a week. Today is day 6 on the pill and I weigh in at 248.2lbs. The only negative side effect is some insomnia.

phentermine for Obesity: I started taking the medication in mid May, and will be off mid October. I weighed in at 208lbs, at 5ft tall. I gained a lot of weigh after a serious injury last year. The only side effect I experienced was insomnia. For the 1st month, only slept 2-3 hrs/night. Good thing it gave me a lot of energy because I wasn't really tired. After a month my body adjusted and I slept longer periods. From the injury wasn't able to exercise, but still went from 208 to 152lbs! Its a miracle in a bottle. Dr recommends taking me off for 2 months, then will begin again mid December. Hope to lose last 37 lbs. Goal 115lbs.

Adipex-P (phentermine) for Weight Loss: The first 3 weeks of this medication I lost 17lbs, with little to no side effects. However, at exactly the 3 week mark I began having nothing but watery bowel movements accompanied by gas like cramps. This has gone on for 4 weeks almost everyday. I have now lost a total of 30lbs. So yes, it curbs hunger, charges your metabolism, but you can't leave the house to show off your weight loss or be active because you are stuck in the bathroom for hours at a time. I am now quitting Adipex so that it does not cause long term problems. It's a great kick start for a lifestyle change but the side effects are not worth it to me.

Review by Hopefulbride:

phentermine for Weight Loss: I started Phentermine this past week. I visited my doctor for a different issue and she commented that she had noticed I gained some weight since the last time I had been in. I had been noticing weight gain over the past few months (some due to birth control) and I knew I had to do something about it, but just didn't know what. I exercise at least 3 times a week, sometimes 4. It just wasn't coming off. So she prescribed me this medication. So far, I have had NO cravings (which is awesome for me!!) and definitely decreased appetite. I started out at 174lbs on Monday (I am 5'3) and as of today-Friday I am 168lbs. I hope this continues as my wedding is in 2 months! I experienced some side effects: jittery, high blood pressure but has gone away.

phentermine for Obesity: Started taking phentermine, August 30, 2013. Weighed in at 219lbs. Weighed on Sept 4 at 212lbs. So it is working. I don't have a lot of energy. I was working out 2 to 3 days a week before I started. So today I'm taking B12 supplement to see if that will help me. Overall it's okay and I need this weight off of me. It's not attractive.

phentermine for Obesity: I started this medication last week and it has definitely curbed my appetite. I have to force myself to eat. I have been battling thyroid issues for years and can't seem to drop weight even with exercise and a 1300 calorie a day diet. I'm really hoping this works. I've lost 4 lbs since starting it last week. I started out weighing 248lbs and I'm 5'9.

phentermine for Obesity: I took this medication for 5 months from April 2012 through September 2012. I used this medication as a tool. I changed my lifestyle and thought of this pill as one toll to assist in my lifestyle change. I started at 178 pounds and I met my goal weight of 115 pounds in December of 2012. It is now Sept 2013, I have maintained my weight. This is not a miracle, for lasting results you must eat right, workout and keep a healthy lifestyle. It was wonderful in assisting me. If you do not do the work, as soon as you go off the medicine, you will gain the weight back.

Fastin (phentermine) for Weight Loss: I started taking Fastin a few days ago after I read so many good reviews...I must say that I did take the advice of so many others and started with half of the pill. It seemed to put me in the best mood and my energy level went through the roof. Not to mention..I wasn't hungry at all. Yes it did make me feel a bit jittery so I drank a lot of water and had to pee quite often. Don't drink anything with caffiene in it while taking this because it makes you even more jittery, plus if you work in the heat be careful because I felt like I was having hot flashes but wow...it is definitely worth it. Lost a couple of lbs already. Well worth it for me.

phentermine for Weight Loss: I started a weight loss plan June of 2012 and have lost 45 lbs. It was a slow loss, but I know I did it the right way. The past couple months, I have hit a major plateau. The number on the scale didn't change. I started at 250 and it stopped at 205. Last week, I started Phentermine and I have lost 9 lbs in 5 days! This is just what I needed to get past this plateau. I will only be on it for 3 months total, but I'm confident that I will reach my goal. Also, achieving the majority of my weight loss with no medication assures me that I'll keep it off!

phentermine for Weight Loss: I've been taking phentermine for 1 week and I've lost 15lbs. Day 1, I weighed in at 271lbs and exactly 2 week later 256lbs. I've weighed in almost everyday because after the first day I'd lost 5lbs and I couldn't believe it. I feel nauseous a lot and don't desire any food but overall I'm having a good experience.

phentermine for Weight Loss: I've been on this medication for a little over a week and it is working. I began at 295lbs and am currently weighing 280.6lbs. Now, although it is working, I feel a bit of nausea most of the day. I also have briefly felt a bit of discomfort in my left arm. However that occurs rarely. I just don't care for the persistent fuzziness and the nausea. But I love the weight loss.

phentermine for Weight Loss: I'm a 54 year old male, no medical issues except weight. I started phentermine on July 18, 2013 at 250 lbs. I weighed in today at 233 lbs. I've lost 17 lbs in 28 days. I've eaten mainly meat and vegetables, drank water only, lots of water. I exercise 3 times a week cardio and weights for about 1 1/2 hours. The only side effects I've experienced is a dry mouth and occasional minor dizziness. I would highly recommend phentermine for any one who is serious about losing weight.

phentermine for Obesity: This pill is absolutely amazing. I'm 19 and have been struggling with my weight all of my teenage years. I found out about Phentermine through online research and my doctor prescribed it when I asked. I started taking it July 13th, 2013. Today is August 13th and I weigh 193lbs! I start month 2 tomorrow. Oh by the way I exercised at least an hour everyday. I ate clean (I completely cut out soda, juice, and fast food out my diet), and counted my calorie intake everyday.

phentermine for Weight Loss: I had taken this pill before back in May of 2013 and within 30 days I had lost 17.8 pounds. I was so happy. I ended up getting laid off for the summer and I didn't know where I could go to get this prescription again. I ended up gaining 10 pounds back after 3 months. I got another prescription after some blood work.

phentermine for Weight Loss: I had gastric bypass in 2001 and lost 215 lbs. I gained 60lbs back, still a lot better than 365lbs, but too heavy. So I started Phentermine 37.5 mg. It's worked great. I feel like I did at the beginning of my bypass. I can't wait to see how much I've lost. I started it in July 19 and I'm down 14 lbs, nearly 1 lb a day.

phentermine for Weight Loss: I started my pill July 12 2013 and I weighed myself the following Monday July 15th I lost 7 lbs and I kept stepping on and off the scale because I didn't want to believe what I saw. I've currently lost 11 lbs in two weeks. I haven't lost anything this week. I work out 5 times a week and give myself the weekend for my muscles to recover. And I also force feed myself. Sometimes I get bored and go workout some more after I get done with work. I get dry mouth every single day and it gets annoying to me actually. The first day I took my pill I had a horrible headache. I sleep very well surprisingly because it does say one of the aide effects is insomnia. I do get dizzy here and there in random spurts. But all in all I love this pill.

phentermine for Weight Loss: I started this medication 12 days ago. The first week I lost 5 pounds, next weigh in is in 2 days. The first day I had a mild headache but I now avoid that by avoiding caffeine. I do have dry mouth a lot so I keep water nearby at all times. I haven't had any kind of appetite so I have to force myself to eat. I highly recommend this medication!

I love this medicine I have no desire to eat. Now I can finally get rid of the carbs, and by my third month I hope I never go back to them.

phentermine for Obesity: I am 165cm tall and was 76kgs when I started- my eating at the time had went out of control and I just needed a stimulant to get me kick started into being fit. After 2 months, I'd went down to 60kgs. The only side effect I had was dry mouth, which I compensated with lots of water. I also ate lots of raw vegetables to keep my bowel movements going. This was a year ago and I'd been off the medicines since. I'm currently 58kgs and down to UK size 8, from my old 14. I've kept the weight off by walking everywhere and watching what I eat, making sure not too snack too much like how I used to! From what I read everyone's experiences are different, but phentermine was just the kick starter I needed.

phentermine for Weight Loss: My experience with phentermine has been wonderful. Within the first 3 days of taking it, I lost 7 pounds. I haven't even been on it two weeks yet and I'm down another 7 pounds. I also watch what I eat, when I eat all the time. Calorie count EVERYTHING and exercise everyday for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Plus I am positively more active, increased sex drive and simply happy. I am scattered brain and dry mouth. I suggest lots of water and Green tea.

Adipex-P (phentermine) for Weight Loss: I have nothing but good things to say about this pill. The first time I was on it I started it in Feb of 2012 and stopped due to death of my mom in June 2012. My start weight was 210lbs and I am 5'6". When my mom passed I weighed 179lbs. I was supposed to be on the meds until September so I lost 49lbs in 4 months and I felt awesome. Until that day in June where my world came crashing down. I just recently went back on the pill weighing in at 205lbs and now I am down to 191lbs. It is working a little slower the second time around but now I am a stay at home mom of three and haven't really been able to exercise since I have been on besides my regular running around after the kids. No side effects.
