Accuzyme (papain/ urea) for Wound Cleansing: Used by paraplegic to heal pressure sores. Very positive experience. Keeps wound appearance very clean after initial few days. Allows proper healing from deeper tunneling to skin surface. Accelerates healing time considerably without any noticed side effects. Also note, was recommended to diabetic with anticipated amputation of foot due to pressure complications, and Accuzyme helped completely heal problem area.
