Novantrone (mitoxantrone) for Multiple Sclerosis: It truly has helped to keep my RRMS in check...after trying many therapies over eight years to slow progression. I have been on Novantrone for about 2 years now. The full doses are trying but once the treatment is cut into half doses it is very manageable.
