I waited years to take this until I found a doctor who used it for Rosacea. I think I was on it for less than 3 months and it totally changed my skin for the better. Accutane was a miracle cure for me. I took it about 25 years ago and have rarely had to deal with Rosacea since. When it does flare up I can handle it with tiny amounts of topical medication. But follow the rules and don't become pregnant. This is serious medicine.
