Micardis HCT (hydrochlorothiazide/telmisartan): I have been on Micardis for over 1 year now and I can honestly say that my blood pressure is regulated. Micardis HCT (hydrochlorothiazide/telmisartan): Immediate results in lowering my blood pressure and holding steady after 2 weeks. Having feeling of light-headedness but doesn't last very long.
