Toviaz (fesoterodine) for Overactive Bladder: I was given the 8mg sample. By the second day the medication began to work. I could not urinate for most of the day. It was a very annoying feeling to feel like you have to go and can't. I stopped taking the medication after the third day when I felt constipated. 0 user(s) found this comment helpful. Did you? Toviaz (fesoterodine) for Overactive Bladder: I was on the 4 mg for 8 days when I had started experiencing shortness of breath and hives on both sides of my neck.
