Enbrel (etanercept) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: I have used Enbrel for more than a year to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have had no adverse reactions to the injections and have been pain-free/symptom-free since the 3rd day after my first injection. I have used both the pre-filled syringe and the pen, both are fairly easy to use, but the pen is by far the easiest between the two.

Enbrel (etanercept) for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis: My 6 year old has been on Enbrel for about 3 months for JRA and Uveitis. I would give this medicine a 10 if it was working on her eyes as well as it is on her joints. Little to no swelling in affected joints but she is still having flares in her eyes. No side effects so far and she actually looks forward to the injection because it makes her feel better.

(etanercept) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: I have been on the shots for 3 years now. I take them twice a week. While out of town on for a family medical reason I had to go without them for 2 weeks. I found I can not live without it. I really feel that I would not be able to move had I not started the shots when I did. Now back on them and will never go without them again.

Enbrel (etanercept) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: Have taken 3 shots so far with almost no change yet but they have said that it could take up to 3 months. Am hoping that this medicine will give me some semblance of a life back for I am going to be a grandma in 2 months.

Enbrel (etanercept) : I want to let you know this drug is available without the latex cap. If you have a latex allergy and wish to use this drug, the multi-use vial that you reconstitute w/ bacteriostatic water (supplied) has NO LATEX! Also, this drug is available in an auto injector is you don't like to see the needle!

Enbrel (etanercept) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: I have had RA for 23 years and had been on plaquenil and methotrexate for 10 years and still had swelling and joint pain. I started Enbrel in September 2004 and after two injections I felt like a brand new person. No more stiff hands in the morning..I can walk on ceramic floor without shoes (although I'm not supposed to), and it doesn't hurt! Thank goodness for Enbrel, it has changed my quality of life tremendously.

(etanercept) for Rheumatoid Arthritis: I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the early 80's and have been on every drug there was. I started Enbrel as soon as it came in the country and have had wonderful results. I am no longer in severe pain and my joints stopped swelling. I do have to watch for colds cuz they go right to my lungs if I take a shot that week. This is the BEST drug on the market, now they need to bring down the cost!! Very expensive.

(etanercept) for Psoriasis: I personally was very pleased with the enbrel pre-filled syringes. They were very convenient to use. For me, initially, my psoriasis cleared up about 90%. I was very happy. I have a severe case of psoriasis. I was totally miserable with it. As with other medications of this sort, there is no guaranteee of 100% effectiveness, and also the results diminish with time. I am personally very very thankful that I was able to use the enbrel pre-filled syringes.
