Vicks QlearQuil Nighttime Allergy Relief (diphenhydramine): This did not work for me at all. I lay in bed for the third night in a row, congested and unable to sleep. Not sure why it doesn't work for me, but I am severely unsatisfied. No side effects, but no desired effects either.
