Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Cold Symptoms: My boyfriend got me on Drixoral. It's the only thing that works with my family when the cold season comes around! My whole family loves it! Why did they discontinue it and I'm praying that the company that makes it will definitley bring it back!

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Sinus Symptoms: I am miserable without Drixoral. Like the other reviewers here, I have found it to be the only formulation that gives me relief from my sinus symptoms. I've been a loyal user for years. And I'm annoyed that the antihistamine that makes this drug unique isn't available in any other formulation. I'm frustrated and CONGESTED!

Disophrol (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Hay Fever: I've been taking Disophrol since Drixoral wasn't available and they work just the same. It is the same ingredients and made by the same manufacturer - Schering-Plough.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Hay Fever: Drixoral really worked for me and now I can't buy it anymore. This is what happened to the 12-hour Contact time release capsules which also worked great and now can't be purchased.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Sinus Symptoms: Schering-Plough is moving their facility that makes Drixoral and it will be back on the shelves late in 2009. Go to their website for more information. This is great news!

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Cold Symptoms: I have used Drixoral for years, My OBGYN first told me about it, when I had a severe cold when I was actually pregnant. It is the only cold medicine that ever worked for me. I felt better in 2 days. It's long lasting, unlike the other OTC cold medicines, that you have to take every 4 hours. I absoluty love Drixoral. I can breath freely and that's half of the cold symtoms that I find intolerable. I don't understand why, when there is a product that really works, you can't buy it anywhere around here.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Hay Fever: This needs to be back on the store shelves at once. It is much more effective for allergic rhinitis and nasal congestion than any other product on the market.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Cold Symptoms: My first cold in a while and very disappointed to find Drixoral has been "discontinued." Please bring it back. It's the only thing that works without putting me to sleep.

I have also used Drixoral for years and it is the only product that has given me any relief from sinus and allergy symptoms. I could not believe it when it was taken off the market either. Not because it was ineffective or dangerous but because speed freaks were stealing it to make meth I have ordered Drixoral from Canada at a much higher price but I'll be happy if I can find it anywhere. I get some comfort in knowing in that I am not alone in my desire that Drixoral be brought back on the market.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Sinus Symptoms: Like everyone else who has commented here, I have been using Drixoral for years for my terrible sinus headaches and it is the only thing that has helped me. I have tried most other prescription and non prescription medications and never had any relief. Now I can't get any sleep and am constantly in pain. What are they doing in discontinuing it? I am going to try to order it through Canada, although if they aren't making it any more that supply will probably not last long either. I am really angry that they have done this without so much as a reason.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Nasal Congestion: I have been looking for Drixoral for the last month and cannot find it anywhere. I usually purchase it at Sam's Club and thought that they discontinued carrying it. Reading the other posters, I now understand that it is no longer being made. I've used Drixoral for the last 20 years to relieve sinus headaches and without Drixoral, I am again experiencing these headaches. No other product I've used has worked.

Drixoral Cold and Allergy (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Nasal Congestion: I live in Scotland now after 25 years in New York. I asked a friend to locate Drixoral Cold and Allergy because I can't find anything comparable in the UK. The pharmacist told my friend that slowly, most decongestants are being pulled from the market. First, Tavis D disppeared, then Chlor Trimetan and now Drixoral - probably because of the pseudoephedrine. I am at a loss to find anything as effective. Plain antihistamines just do not work alone with a cold or allergic attack.

It is the only thing that worked for me and my allergies. I am so miserable now it is not good. Nothing else comes close to doing what Drixoral did for me. Can't believe it is not being made any more.

Drixoral Cold and Allergy (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) : I started taking Drixoral in 1963 when it was in prescription form and then went to over the counter and now is behind the pharmacist counter. I have only taken 1 tablet a day to control my symptoms for all these years with no problems - congestion, itchy eyes, sneezing, drainage, etc. Now it has been removed from the shelves and I have heard they will not be making it any longer and also that they are moving and will make it again in the future. Nothing I have tried works as well.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Nasal Congestion: I have used Drixoral for years. It is the only thing that helps me with my head congestion and my asthma. It helps me to breath better. I notice that I do not have to use my albuterol when I use it. I noticed since I don't have drixoral my breathing is not good when it is humid or when something else can trigger my asthma. I hope they bring the product back otherwise I am going to suffer.

Dexaphen SA (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Hay Fever: I've had allergies (Hayfever) my whole life, since I was 5 years old. I've been taking a perscribed medicine called Dexaphen SA for the most part of it. It seems to be the same as Drixoral, or very close to it. These are the only medicines that helps me recover. Without it, I will keep getting worse, and eventually will end up with a sinus infection. This is the best medicine I have ever used to get rid of allergy symptoms. Please start making it again, I can't find it at any pharmacy.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Hay Fever: My doctors have tried repeatedly for YEARS to find another drug to replace Drixoral Cold & Allergy Tablets in treatment of my allergies. All have failed. In fact, every time Drixoral has removed from my regimen, I have gone into asthmatic bronchitis. Needless to say, it distresses me greatly to know that Drixoral is not readily available now.

Drixoral (dexbrompheniramine/pseudoephedrine) for Hay Fever: Drixoral was prescribed for me by my primary physician when it was a prescription drug and when it was changed to over-the-counter medication and has been the only allergy medication to completely relieve my symptoms. Within the last few weeks, local pharmacies have been unable to receive this product. Therefore, I now experience nasal & post-nasal thin watery drainage with resulting throat discomfort.
